customer service advisor with English&German

Responsibilities:
- provide telephone and email support for the employees of the company’s clients
- customer service in English&German languages
- participate in the processes related to HR area
- be fluent in English and German C1 level is the minimum
- high school – Matura examination is required
- experience in administration would be an asset
- work in an international or outsourcing company will be an asset
- experience of delivering work under pressure is required
- experience in using computer applications is required (MS Office is essential)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
