On behalf of our Client, an operational sales contact centre established in Tricity, Poland, we are currently recruiting for a person that will hold the position of Customer Service Representative with English.
The Customer Service Representativewill conduct warm outbound sales calls to prospects around the world who have requested information by responding to targeted marketing campaigns. Successful candidates will build relationships with individuals, who have inquired about the company's products, help with discovering their needs and concerns and demonstrate how our program can best meet those needs.
You are an ideal candidate if you are a results orientated person that is able to build strong customer relationships. We are looking for both Junior people that have from 0 - 1 year of experience, as well as for more Senior that have 2-3 years of experience. Bachelors Degree, fluency in English, proficiency in MS office applications, excellent phone skills are highly desirable.
