Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to Company employees (for example regarding passwords, internal communicator, e-mails etc.)
• Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
• Maintaining positive relations with internal Clients


Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Highly developed Customer Service skills
• Open minded and motivated for self-development
• Task and results oriented
• Very good communication skills
