Invidia HR is a junior – mid level recruitment and employment business working with select Clients in Warsaw and Poland, in order to recruit the best talent for our partners. We have recently undertaken a recruitment project for one of our Clients who are entering the Warsaw marketplace. They are a renowned international company with ambitions to provide the best level of Customer Service for their European client-base from Warsaw.

Job Purpose:

  • Supervision of contact centre processes and migration of processes from other countries  
  • To support a client-base that is Europe-wide and made up of global brands  
  • To be part of one of the most inspiring teams seen in Warsaw

Accountabilities:

  • Transfer of service requirements to operational level
  • Anaylsis of contact centre processes   
  • Process design and monitoring
  • Handling Customer escalations
  • Maintenance of contact with Operations Managers sometimes based abroad
  • Implementation, establishment and thorough ongoing process checking of technical solutions being provided by allocated team
  • Quality control
  • Training of call handlers

Requirements

Essential skills:

  • Technical background in a similar environment in a team leader role
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with project management
  • C1 or C2 Level knowledge of main language is required, B1 or B2 level in English is also a  minimum requirement

Please note this is not a BPO but a Shared Service Centre. You will benefit from a bonus scheme above your basic salary and other benefits dependant on your performance.
