For our Client, new Start-up located in the heart of Katowice, we are looking for a Candidate who would like to take a position of Customer Service Team Supervisor.

This position offers you a great opportunity to extend your skills in the area of people management. You will definitely have a chance to work with goal-oriented and engaged members of a Customer Service team.
Your daily tasks will include prioritising their work, developing their career path, coaching or conducting team and individual meetings also monitoring and ensuring the achievement of all related KPIs and SLAs.

We are looking for a person with fluency in English (level – C1 min.) Experience (pref. 2 years) as a Customer Service Team Leader / Team Supervisor is a must.
The successful candidate should be also self-motivated, results-oriented, well-organised and have an ability to act as a subject matter expert also be proactive and supportive.
