For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for Customer Service Team Manager position.

Within this position you will be responsible for leading Customer Service Team to exceed performance targets and deliver service excellence to company’s customers from UK market. You will be ensuring ensuring workloads and demand is constantly reviewed and staff fully optimised to ensure delivery of SLAs. Your duties will also include driving continuous performance improvement and development of all team members.

We are looking for candidates with fluent English – C1 and previous experience in contact centre/customer service environment. Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor is also required – minimum 1 year.An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
