For our Client an international and well-known Company located in the heart of Cracow, we are looking for a Candidate who would like to take a position of Customer Service Team Manager.

This position offers you a great opportunity to extend your skills in the area of people management. You will definitely have a chance to work with goal-oriented and engaged members of a newly created Customer Service Advisor team. Your daily tasks will include prioritising the day-to-day workload by setting clear and realistic objectives for each team member, developing employees potential by using clear and tailored coaching methods, conducting team and individual meetings or monitoring and ensuring the achievement of all related KPIs and SLAs.

We are looking for a person with fluency in English (level – C1 min.) as you will have a chance to communicate on a daily basis with management from the UK. Experience (1-2 years) as a Customer Service Team Leader is a must. The successful candidate should be also self-motivated, results-oriented, well-organized and have an ability to act as a subject matter expert also be proactive and supportive for each team member.
