This globally recognised biotechnology company located in Wrocław is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Currently there is a great opportunity to join new team on the position of Customer Service Team Leader.

Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to manage the team of 4 consultants responsible for telemarketing activities. Your everyday duties will include planning telemarketing campaigns, assigning resources, setting and measuring team goals, managing project quality minimizing risks and providing update and support for the stakeholders. You will be responsible for motivating the team, being support and coach for the team and making sure that targets are met.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on that position you need to have at least 1 year of proven experience in leading the team. Your previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or contact center will be greatly appreciated. You need to speak fluent English, and other European language will be a big plus. You need to demonstrate high organizational skills, communication skills and team spirit.

This role requires working on shifts (once a week working till late hours, 22:00).
