We are looking for an experience Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor for one of our Client located in Katowice.
Responsibilities:
- managing a team of new customer service team within order management / supply chain processes for European market
- investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
- analyzing data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing
- improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for organization
- meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- involvement in staff recruitment and transition processes
- training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization
Skills:
- previous experience in managing a team (preferably in customer service, financial or logistics processes)
- fluency in English
- problem-solving skills
- confidence and excellent communication skills
- motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants
- creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
- an ability to work well under pressure
- organisational and planning skills to develop customer service policies
