For one of our Clients, a multinational company from fashion industry, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of Customer Service Team Leader with Slovak or Czech.
Person on this position will be responsible for ensuring individual and team development in Team of Agents, organizing and leading Team meetings on a frequent basis, coaching Agents through the feedback process with the purpose of achieving good results, following up the KPIs by analyzing reports and acting on them, following up goals together with the management team and the employees, ensuring the overall performance of Agents to obtain excellent customer service.
We are looking for a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. The candidate must be fluent in Slovak or Czech (both spoken and written). An ideal candidate is accurate and precise in their work, has a capacity for strategic thinking and planning, is well-organized, clear and convincing in communicating with the team, has a positive and coaching attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.
