customer service team leader with Slovak or Czech

Responsibilities:
- ensuring individual and team development in your Team of Agents
- organising and leading Team meetings on a frequent basis
- coaching Agents through the feedback process with the purpose of achieving good results
- ensuring good administration and time management for all Agents
- following up the KPIs by analyzing reports and acting on them
- ensuring the overall performance of your Agents to obtain excellent customer service
- fluent in Czech or Slovak language
- English language on level at least communicative
- being accurate and precise in your work
- coping with a high workload and being organised
- being clear and convincing in communicating with the team
- having a positive and coaching attitude and a willingness to learn and improve
- work in a challenging, young environment
