On behalf of our Client, international company in Tricity, we are currently recruiting for the position of Team Lead Agent with knowledge of German
Your new role
Air Fulfillment Team Lead Agent will take responsibilities for processing PNRs, assisting in special projects and providing subject matter expertise to agents and supervisors. Moreover he/she will act as a coach and mentor for agents. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for aligned Quality and operational KPIs instructions and communications to their team as well as communication back to the Management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Travel environment. Knowledge of airline basic ticketing, ticket exchanges, ticket refunds and airline initiated schedule changes is highly desirable. We are looking for person with excellent customer service competencies, very good problem solving skills with attention to details and very good written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate also needs to have strong interpersonal and team working skills. Good command of English and German is required.
