On behalf of our Client, international recognized company from shipping industry in Tricity we are looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Service Support Coordinator.

Customer Service Support Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring bookings are created and updated correctly in a timely manner, delivering service line with Company performance standards and operating procedures. What is more, the role will involve monitoring and dealing with all issues arising as well as Generate Export Customs entries and declarations as required by customer. Moreover you will need to collect, collate and communicate all required cargo/vessel information prior to vessel arrival. The scope of duties will also include updating ports systems and communicating with partner lines any impact on the business and query for missing information necessary for proper booking/dangerous goods data impact.
The ideal Candidate for this role will need ability to effectively communicate in business English (C1 level). To be successful on this position skills like paying attention to detail, delivering activities on time and pro-active approach, problem solving ability and attitude and fluent level of customer service are required. Any previous work experience or educational background in maritime transport or logistics would be an asset.
