On behalf of our client, an international company providing post-trading processing and other securities services, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Italian to join the Shared Service Centre placed in Warsaw.
Customer Service Specialist will provide telephone and email support for customer service, including financial queries, answering product questions and providing answers to basic technical questions. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for updating systems to reflect contract changes, as well as resolution and follow-up on customer issues escalating to technical support teams as appropriate.
We are looking for candidates with Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience (as an advantage). From potential candidates we expect problem solving, analytics and troubleshooting skills combined with organizational and conceptual skills and a strong client focus. Very good written and verbal communication skills in Italian are required (English and Polish proficiency is a plus). Moreover, candidates ought to have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and an affinity for handling applications.
