On behalf of our Client, international company in Gdynia, we are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service Agent with Italian.
Your new role
Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing customer support and processing transactions. The person in this position will be expected to follow the company’s policies and standards and to work in close cooperation with the airline suppliers and partners in order to provide satisfactory resolution of the cases.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent customer service skills, attention to details and ability to solve problems effectively and promptly. Very good knowledge in English and Italian is a must, as well as great communication skills, both verbal and written. A successful Candidate should have prior contact centre or customer service experience preferably from booking companies, travel agencies or airline companies. It is also important to have stress resistance and ability to handle difficult customer calls
