Your new role
You will be responsible for being a support for the company’s client. Your main duty is to provide brilliant information services, including problem solving and giving adequate advice. You will also be in charge of creating positive image of the company as well as building and maintaining desirable relationships with clients.
What you'll need to succeed
What is a must you have to speak excellent German (minimum C1 level) and good English (B2 level at least). What will also be helpful to achieve success at this position is possession of great interpersonal skills, high motivation and creativity in problem solving. Enthusiasm and helpful approach are additional assets. Any experience in similar position would also be an advantage.
