International Shared Service Centre based in Poznań is looking for Customer Service Specialist with French.
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for receiving, checking and scheduling all transport orders from customers. For your duties will include maintaining communication with customers and responding on their needs. As Customer Service Specialist you will supporting the Company in optimisation transport and logistic projects.
What you'll need to succeedis an University degree and strong foreign languages communication skills – English B1 and French B2/C1 is required. Also we are looking for a Candidate who has strong interpersonal skills, high level of analytical skills and is ability to work under pressure.
Some experience in Customer Service, Administration or Logistic area will be beneficial.
