On behalf of our Client, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Customer Service Specialist with Finnish for one of SSC in Tricity.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for making sure that customers’ commitments are delivered sufficiently. You will have daily contact with customers and solve all customer service issues. Also, you will be finalizing vessel’s documentation. Coordination of cargo readiness and follow up in case of lack of cargo readiness will be a part of your job.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have a very good command of English language, as well as fluent Finnish. University degree in maritime transport, logistics or economics will be an advantage. Good command of MS Excel is desirable. Knowledge of transportation and supply chain processes is required, as well as analytical skills and creativity in idea generating and problem solving.
