For our client, one of the international companies based in Cracow, we are looking for people for the position of Customer Service Specialist, ready to start cooperation from the beginning of February for a period of 2 months.
The person in the above-mentioned position will be responsible for supporting the company's employees in operating the benefit platform, answering (mainly via e-mail and telephone) questions about the benefits and functioning of the platform.
The candidate should communicate in English at an advanced level (min. C1), have well-developed interpersonal skills and present commitment and a positive attitude during the duties performed.
