For our Client - an international producer of building and interior finishing products, based in Scandinavia, we are looking for Customer Service Specialist, responsible for cooperation with UK market.
This person will be in charge of keeping continuous proactive contact with the English B2B Client’s: answering customers’ questions, fulfilling their requests and fixing open issues, processing customers’ orders in the ERP system. On the other hand, Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for claims handling and handling the issues related to consignment stock as well as uploading, extracting and follow-up of customer contracts in CRM system. He/ she will act as a first point of contact for the customers and will support the sales activities in general.
We are looking for young potentials who want to build and develop professional career in Customer Service area within an international and friendly environment and who possess well-developed communication skills and excellent command of English. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/ Logistics area is necessary as well as ability to plan tasks and allocate resources. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, have ability to work well with different type of people and competence in clear concise and tactful communication (verbal and written) both with colleagues and customers, please do not hesitate and send your CV in English.
