Customer Service Specialist (Supply Chain) (m/f)
Successful candidate will take responsibility of complex customer service process. This position will be also focused on analysing and monitoring distribution process as well as proactively seeking operational improvements to provide highest effectiveness.

Our client is an international company working on FMCG and Pharmaceutical market.
We are currently looking for an open minded candidate with positive attitude for the position of a Customer Service Specialist.
Client is able to offer 1,5 year replacement contract.
Description
- Ensures proper orders processing and delivery at Regional Customer Service and local Logistics provider.
- Engages Customers for best cooperation, reports and analyses service at Customer level according to agreed rules.
- Reports and analyses distribution KPIs, proactively seeks improvements.
- Monitors and highlights availability or excess stock risk comparing to short term demand fluctuations and longer period forecast amendments.
- Leads assigned projects to improve Company Supply Chain effectiveness.
- Cooperates closely with Local, Regional and Global Teams for achieving Company targets.
Profile
- University degree.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Supply Chain in an international, dynamic environment (with additional analytical duties)
- Strong problem solving skills to deal with complex business and technical issues.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Process oriented, analytical skills, project implementation skills.
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, expert in Excel)
