On behalf of our Client, international BPO company in Tricity, we are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service Senior Manager.

Your new role
Customer Service Senior Manager will be responsible for defining process innovation roadmap in line with the business strategy, industry benchmark and bet practices. Furthermore, the role holder will be establishing goals and objectives to meet business operation expectations. Other responsibilities include liaise with Team Leaders, shift leaders, coordinators, support staff, third parties and client to gather information and resolve problems.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate speaks fluent English (at least C1 level), has at least 6 years of experience in similar role in managing Customer Interaction services. Furthermore, good communication skills, customer orientation and ability to build professional relationships, problem solving and analytical skills would be an asset.
