For our client, the world's leading packaging manufacturer, we are currently looking for the Customer Service Representative with the location near Piaseczno.
Costumer Service Representative will be responsible for contact with customers, respond to their inquiries and resolve complaints, maintain good relationship with customers. Also analyse their requests and cooperate with other departments - mostly with sales. As a Customer Service Representative you will be also responsible for collecting information about the specific aspect of a products.
Ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and minimum 2 years of experience on similar position. Experience in packaging or similar industry would be a strong asset. We are looking for candidates who are focused on customers, result oriented, with good teamwork and effective communication skills.
