Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are an international player in paint and resins.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be part of the Customer Service team who is busy with several areas all over the world. In this position you are responsible for the commercial and logistics processes, export orders and complaints administration for mainly the Middle East and Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal with commercial and logistical export orders
- Complaint administration
- Contact with customers
- Tune with planning
- Maximize Customer Experience
- Making Rapports
- Follow up payments
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master's Degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with MS Office
- Customer orientated
