Customer Service Representative with Russian (temporary contract)
Miejsce pracy: WrocławAs a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry upon receiving customer"s purchase orders
- Monitor the complete sales process from quote to invoice making sure customer needs are respected.
- Keep stakeholders updated about current processing status
- Monitor the delivery process and resolve any possible issues
- Act as anchor point for communication between the customer, the sales representative and the supply chain organization
- Registration of disputes and taking corrective actions for the non-technical complaints
- Answer customer queries, giving accurate product information and where possible solve issues raised to maintain a high level of customer service

- Temporary contract untill 18 months / with possible to be employ directly by our client after 6 months (earliest)
