Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for managing customers’ business needs over the phone, processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems and receiving and responding to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge management resources).
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, previous experience in customer service will be an asset. Fluency in English and German is required, knowledge of additional European Language will be an asset.An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
