Your new role
Customer Service Representative will work as a back-office support for the company’s client and will be responsible for providing excellent information service via such channels of communication as email or chat. Person on this position will cooperate closely with other company departments in order to answer given inquiries and solve the problems.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, the candidate needs know German and English on at least B2 level. Working on this position also you must be business-oriented, have constructive attitude to solving problems and work efficiently under time pressure.
