What will you make with IBM?

We are currently looking for a number of motivated customer service representatives to join our team based in Katowice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with Italian customer, who is one of the biggest companies in Italy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all tickets are logged and assigned according to the procedures,
  • Handle any front-line technical queries and fix reflecting content of the issue,
  • Handle and assist second level teams with problem determination
  • Escalate issues when required to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor ticket queues
  • Apply end to end ticket and call handling expectations of account
  • Identify knowledge management gaps and drive closure

 

Requirements:

  • Basic IT literacy
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate in Italian - very welcomed
  • Sense of responsibility and customer attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a call center environment, preferably in IT support.
  • Ambition to extend technical knowledge
  • Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information
