  • Representing a worldwide, prestigious company;
  • Supporting individual customers via incoming calls, e-mail, chat;

  • Escalating issues to other departments;
  • Reporting current issues in the system;

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient German written and spoken language skills are a must;
  • Ability to communicate in English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good active listening skills;
  • Positive and open attitude to customers;
  • Passion and desire to grow;
