For our Client, international company located in Katowice supporting logistics processes, we are currently looking for Candidates with very good command of English and German to work as Customer Service Process Specialist in Order to Cash department.
Responsible for the operational tasks related to validating the orders in the system or pricing/logistic claims analysis and its resolution accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target and coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Solving issues and making decision based on the best knowledge of the processes from O2C area.
To be successful on this position you need to have very good command of German and English, experience in Customer Services Operations andability to work with various IT applications.
