Currently, for our Client, an international company which established their business also in Katowice, we are looking for a experienced specialist who will join and coordinate the team of Customer Service.

A a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for the customer service teams managing
time critical customer needs across Europe for a mix of international clients, recruiting and developing Customer Care Team to ensure strong leadership & business support, provide internal training program on communication and time management skills as well as cooperating with key business partners for best practice sharing to boost overall satisfaction results.

We are looking for an Expert with 5+ years of leadership experience with fluent English. The leadership, teamwork, decision making and strategic thinking are key skills. Advanced proficiency of MS Office, strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent business acumen is essential.
