On behalf of our Client, SSC from shipping industry in Tricity, we are looking for the Candidate to hold the position of CSS Manager.
Your new role
Working on the position of Customer Service Support Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the full range of department activities and resources by controlling budgets and targets and delivering the most cost-effective service. You will be expected to monitor achieving Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction (internal / external). Your duties will include providing direction and vision by steering and motivating direct reports to achieve success, fostering a strong desire within the team to do well through actively managing performance, attracting new and developing existing talents and creating an environment where everyone achieves. You will be also acting as a final point of escalation for resolving complaints, you will maintain and develop relationships with other departments, supervise implementation, development and efficient utilization of Information Technology in order to ensure best possible support of all operational business processes, and lead in identification of system improvement ideas.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should possess at least 3 years of experience on similar position, preferably from shipping industry. You also need to be fluent English speaker, used to work in international environment. The ideal Candidate should be a person with highly-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of working under the time pressure.
