Customer Service Manager with German
Responsibilities:
- Managing the work of the team and ensure the quality and timeliness of the tasks delivery
- Inbound call and email order entry: manage inbound inquires for availability, recommend solutions or price indication, processed in a timely manner
- Prompt and accurate input of customer orders, order entry, credit notes, return authorization notes,
- Coordination of invoices and invoice queries
- Assuring database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within systems
- Providing project management for complicated orders, using the tracking capabilities afforded by SAP to assure that all possible bookings are converted to billings as quickly as timelines allow
- Preparing statistics and reports related to sales administration
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in similar positions
- Fluent English and German
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, preferably in SSC/BPO organization
- Good understanding for complex business processes
- High customer orientation and focus on service quality and timeliness
