Due to their growth in Cracow environment we are looking for Customer Service Executive withGermanwho will be responsible for handling inbound calls and accept requests from customers.
Basic job function is to interpret customer need and provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their enquires, in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care and prompt resolution.
Ideal Candidatewould have excellentwritten and oral skills in Germanand good command of English. Exquisite customer care and courteous attitude connected with positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude is essential to succeed in this position.
Moreover Candidate would have interpersonal and team building skills, be confident and flexible to react in unexpected situations and should be oriented in results. If he would have experience in the travel industry, that would be big advantage.
