For our Client, a start- up company based near Cracow ’s city centre, we are looking for candidates, who ’d like to join their team as an Executive in Finance Department !

You will be responsible for resolving more complex customers ’ queries which are forwarded by the Call Centre team.Your scope of responsibilities will be wide - it will include data management, reporting, opening / closing clients ’accounts, sometimes contacting vendors and clients (only outgoing calls ) and working with the system.

To be successful in your new role, you should be speaking English fluently (B2+ level is a must ), have excellentcommunication skills and be familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Fluency in German as well asexperience in a similar role is an asset, but not a must .
