Our Client is well known Outsourcing Companythat is establishing BPO Center in Cracow. Currently we are looking for Candidates with English and Germanto join CS Department.

While working at this role, you will be responsible forhandling calls/ emails/ chat conversation with your Clients. You will also participate in product promotion campaigns and manage complaints from customers that are escalated by the team of 1 stLine Support- including product quality and repair service.

We are looking for Candidateswith excellent German language skills (ideally at C1 or native-like level). English at at least B2 level is also required. An ideal Candidate needs to have basic knowledge of electronic products(like smart phones- i.e. hardware, software, operating system, parameters, troubleshooting, etc.) and be capable of solving technical problem or consulting with a customer on technical issues. We are looking for energetic, positive Candidates that are open for challenges.Experience at similar role would be an asset but we are also open for fresh graduates that are interested in the field of CS.
