Jobhouse Ltd., for its Customer, is looking for a person to work in in the position of:


Customer Service CZ/SK/HU team – Team Leader

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating daily activities and workload of the Customer Service CZ/SK/ HU Team

- Setting the goals and evaluating work of Customer Service Representative in order to

cash (O2C) process

- Delegating duties and coordinating team on each level of activity

- Monitoring the team members performance to make sure, that the results are

achieved in the most efficient way and according to the corporations standards and

policy (SLA`s and KPI`s)

- Supporting in many areas team on the level of SAP end-user and SAP key - user

- Providing the basic SAP orders related reports for team as for a management

- Monitoring the progress of migration and acquiring knowledge of Customer Service

- Be the first point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues, complaints and disputes timely and efficiently

Requirements:

- University degree (bachelors or masters)

- Minimum 5 Years of work experiences in relevant field and customer focused

environment

- Minimum 3 Years of work experiences in people management

- Solid understanding and knowledge of customer project management/coordination

- Fluent communication in English or Polish verbal and written

- SK/CZ/HU languages skills will be additional assets

- Excellent knowledge about MS office

- Experience of SAP using as an end-user level (key-user level will be an asset)

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent time management and ability of multitasking

- Dynamic, creative and good ability to present and assert oneself

- Ability to motive teams and lead trough changes

- High rate of sensitivity of the mentality, business culture and practices in a

multicultural environment
