New role
As a Customer Service Coordinator with Romanian you will be responsible for daily contact with customers, other company’s departments and regional partners, providing end to end project support and solutions, ensuring that product stocking agreements are created and providing weekly & monthly reports to the business.
Our requirements
To be the best candidate for this role you need to speak Romanian (min. B2) and English (min. B2, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and good organizational skills. Experience in customer service area will be an asset.
