For our Client, a global production company with a Shared Service Centre in Ĺ ódĹş, we are seeking Candidates who want to develop their career in Customer Service.
Your responsibilities will include:
entering, validating and releasing customer orders in the system; managing customer and business partners inquiries process: answer questions, investigate and give solution to issues, as well as track shipments. You will interact internally with various departments: Sales, Pricing, Distribution, Transportation and Finance.
We are looking for a Candidate with:
Fluent English and Portuguese (at least level C1/C2); previous experience in Customer Service/Order Management gained in international environment. Knowledge of SAP system and good command of Spanish will be an advantage.
