customer service advisor

Responsibilities:
- building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- direct customer contact via telecommunication such as telephone or email
- collaborate with sale and marketing departments
- data management in CRM
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- very good English
- experience in customer service/Telesales
- bachelor on Master Degree is an asset
- strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
- experience in an international environment would be an asset
