Opis stanowiska pracy

Key responsibilities:

Understand the sub-cluster business trends, customers' expectations and current & future company strategy to be able to define their impact on our operations.
Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner and to quickly escalate concerns about meeting service levels or deadlines
Provide a level of customer service consistent with the set KPI’S, Service Level Agreements and Customer Service function’s core values
Handle all customer and support requests in a professional and timely manner from the first contact through to a satisfactory completion or resolution
To ensure the service is provided accurately and timely
Providing customer service line with the Customer Policy assumptions
Supporting customer service processes and timely provision of information to the customer
Delivery required information and solving issues/problems if occurred
Proactively respond to customers inquiries on a daily basis
To collaborate with the sales teams and key customers to ensure successful implementation of agreed initiatives
Support the effective integration of cross functional activities which impact on our ability to provide a high quality service experience to our customers.

Wymagania

Requirements:

3,5 years experience in a similar role
English knowledge (written and spoken) C1/B2
Czech knowledge (written and spoken) C1/B2
Polish knowledge (written and spoken) C1/B2
Strong analytical skills (incl. Mastery in MS Office Excel)
Detail oriented, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management
Initiative and self-starter. Experienced in managing small projects from A to Z.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Addition to interpersonal communication skills
Active listener, calm and reliable person
Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiating with others
Knowledge of the Automotive and Industry, business and key customers
Knowledge of the Industrial business and key customers
Knowledge of architecture in SAP (NIKE template)
