For our Client, international organization from production and chemical industry, we are currently looking for Danish speaker, who wants to join the Warsaw team in the SSC structures.
On this position you will be responsible for receiving, entering and managing customer orders, responding to routine customer enquiries concerning orders and tracking the status of orders. In addition you will support organization in optimization transport and logistic projects and solve customers’ complaints.
We are seeking candidates with very good Danish and good English language skills and with customer orientated style. The Candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Some experience in customer service, administration area or candidates after internships within logistic area would be an asset.
