On behalf of my Client, an international data and analytic solutions company, we are seeking candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Coordinator.
In this role you will be responsible for building positive relations with the client to maintain and improve existing business. The person will be in charge of providing support for Data Operations teams, discussing new solutions and improving customer service procedures, solving escalations and conducting customer satisfaction surveys. In addition, you will conduct training sessions and prepare reports and analysis.
We are seeking candidates with more than 4 years of professional experience gained on a similar position in an international environment. Fluent English is required. The Ideal candidate should have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills and positive customer service attitude.
