For our Client, a production company based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Customer Order Management Specialist with Czech/Slovak.
Person on this position will be responsible for setting up and managing customer master data in the SAP system, managing contracts and price conditions, processing orders, and registering of incoming complaints, as well as providing customer service, effectively communicating and negotiating with the clients, developing strong professional relationships and ensuring that a timely answer is provided to all queries, and the best possible solution is worked out every time.
We are looking for customer-oriented candidates with excellent communication skills, who are fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, and have previous experience with the SAP system. Knowledge of MS Office tools is also required, as well as willingness to travel occasionally for trainings, meetings and customer visits. Basic customs and logistics knowledge will be considered an asset.
