A person in this position will be responsible for:
Servicing US clients holding shares in company funds
Ensuring day-to-day operations - purchases, exchanges, liquidations, transfers, new account set up and changes of ownership
Maintaining a high level of service quality
Managing the workflow between local office, and other offices in partnership in US
Managing staff development, creating actionable objectives and providing regular feedback on the progress, ensuring motivation and positive atmosphere within the team
Close collaboration with leadership group on various business improvements projects - workflow changes, system updates or other strategic initiatives
Participation in international projects
Requirements:
Fluent English - spoken and written
University degree (in Business Administration or Economics as beneficial)
About one year of leadership/supervisory experience
Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
Good working knowledge of computer skills
Readiness to work in 2nd shift systemfull-time
Strong people development and soft skills
Customer oriented mindset
Willingness to develop and drive for learning
