The Customer Master Data Group is responsible for the analysis, creation and maintenance of customer master data in SAP and MS Dynamics.

 Reporting to the Customer Master Data Group Team Lead, you will be responsible for data maintenance, profiling and cleansing of POS data.

Wymagania

More specifically, you will be required to:

• Maintaining Customer Master Data mainly in SAP R/3 and some other ERP systems

• Importing POS [Point of Sale] data received from our distributor network

• Profile and review the loaded POS data files to ensure that they meet the data specification and business requirements definition on format, data quality etc

• Maintaining Accounts and Contacts in MS Dynamics

• Liaise with the Global Customer Master team to improve data quality and existing processes.

• You hold a college diploma in a IT related field;

• Highly numerate and analytical.

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business analysis or data analysis related area.

• Strong knowledge of data elements & settings (filed sizes, field types, special characters, ASCII codes, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of handling customer communications/ customer interfacing.

• Strong knowledge on the dimension of data quality, data profiling, cleansing and testing.

• You possess excellent computer skills and are advanced/ proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel);

• Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems [MS Dynamics Preferred].

• You are a team player with good organization skills;

• You have good analytical skills;

• You demonstrate initiative, are detail-oriented and able to work under pressure;

• Knowledge of SAP and of the automation industry is an asset.

• Knowledge of EDI or point of sale data review and transfer or data migration.

• You are proficient in written and spoken (English). Other languages are an advantage.

• Have experience of writing clear and detailed business specifications

• Have a good understanding of database concepts and experience of querying and manipulating data.

• Be highly analytical and able to communicate confidently and clearly.
