Our Client is an international cosmetics producer with factory located in Warsaw. Currently we are looking for Customer Logistics Specialist for them (permanent work).
Customer Logistics Specialist will be responsible supervise and monitoring of the quantity and timeliness of deliveries of components and transfer of full documentation to the client. In the same time you will reporting on the execution of orders in accordance with the client's requirements. Customer Logistics Specialist is organizing shipments (including foreign ones) in accordance with the customer's guidelines, prepare documentation for shipments of the finished product and giving invoices.
We are looking for somebody with experience in dealing with orders, customer requirements, internal procedures in the same time. Ideal candidate should have minimum 1-2 years’ experience, bachelor’s degree is a must. We need candidate with ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations. You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a bright and enthusiastic attitude, be initiative, open and communicative, ready to deal with stressful, unexpected situation. English fluency is a must because contact with the client in English.
