Customer Financial Services with German/ French/ Danish/ Dutch
Miejsce pracy: 02-017 WarszawaWe are currently looking for an enthusiastic and ambitions Customer Financial Services Specialist with languages for our client, very well-known company mainly operating in broad range of services such as strategy, consulting, financial services and technology.
The main purpose of the role is to support customers with their financial requests and issues.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
- Timely handling of incoming customer complaints and queries via phone and e-mail
- Identifying the cause and validity of complaint, analyzing of overdue receivables
- Initiating strategies for collection processes and procedures
- Reporting the results of work in the area of outstanding receivables
- Achieving set revenue targets and call quality objectives
- Delivering a consistent and professional level of service and maintaining good customer relations
Requirements:
- Good level of German OR French OR Dutch OR Danish (minimum B1)
- Very good level of English language
- Experience in Customer Service, phone contact with customers, complaints solving or cash collecting will be an asset
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Stress resistance, conscientiousness, analytical abilities
