For our Client, prestigious company that recently opened SSC in the center of Cracow, we are currently looking for Customer Experience Team Leader.

Your main duty will be to provide overall supervision to the Team. You will be monitoring first line support time, all time ensuring team members are delivering the best quality services. You will be also monitoring traffic patterns and planning operations so that every team member meets service targets.

At the position of Team Leaderyou will be also providing service and guidance to facilitate team members in service delivery, sales and daily operations. Conducting weekly and monthly reviews would be also one of your duty. Occasionally you will also handle and resolve complaints and complex customer inquiries through telephones, emails, webchat and social media.

An ideal Candidate needs to haveexperience in customer service environment as well as experience in managing a team of call center agents. Experience in Travel Industry would be an asset (preferably airline industry). Knowledge of GDS would be also an asset.

We are looking for Candidatewith excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate people and building teams. Flexibility, given the 24/7 nature of the airline industry is a must.
Due to the fact the role requires frequent contact with headquarter based in Hong Kong and the team is dedicated to UK market, C1 level of English is also a must.
