Advanced English Speakers Wanted- part time!
For our Client, an internationalcompany with office located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates with fluency in English for a position of Customer Care Specialist with English.
Your new role
Support a Customer Service Team to achieve agreed commitments to our customers. Manage customers’ requests in our internal system. You will learn about marketing-related processes to successfully manage your daily task. Have an opportunity to use your analytical skills in performing different tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have fluency in English, because you will be mostly working with English language and supporting UKmarket. We are looking for candidates who can easily build relationships with customers. Previous experience in Customer Service would be considered as an asset.
Available to work from 5 pm- 9 pm (Monday- Saturday- 20 hours per week).
